    Installing Triumph Front Dresser Bars

Amateur dentistry isn't that hard either, unless it goes wrong. :-D

    Installing Triumph Front Dresser Bars

My recommendation would be to get the dealership to do it, unless you have the means to support the engine and keep it dead still. If the holes for that one long both become misaligned at all, it is a total bastard to get the bolt back through.

    Aluminum Wheel Polish

I have always used Autosol until recently, when three different friends recommended Zeppelin/Brilliant metal polishes. They are liquid polishes and are soooo much easier to use than Autosol. I use the Zeppelin Metal Prep on the wheels to take off any spotting or oxidation, then use the Brilliant...

    UK sale !!

Yep. It's TORS and a retune. It isn't just Hardly Movingson speak though. That's what it is called on the Triumph parts-ordering computer screen. Don't Harley call it something like CVO Screaming Eagle exhaust kit?

    UK sale !!

My neighbours like me even less than they did before. :D Not really. They've gotten used to the noise. Either that or they now have industrial deafness.

    Rear brake grinding

It was me. :D Klumpy, it is easy enough to remove the pads and to check if anything is trapped. One of my pads had two deep scores where the stone had gotten trapped and locked up the rear wheel. If you're in doubt, it's still under warranty. Bring it back to the dealership.

Rear brake disc heating and locking up

The dealer sussed the problem. A stone had managed to get lodged in the brake mechanism and had interfered with the correct function of the brake caliper pistons. Good call TriRocket3. :D

Rear brake disc heating and locking up

I don't know about me nearly dying, but the contents of my bowel tried to make it down the long dark tunnel towards the light. I was skidding straight towards about sixty of my fellow club members.

Rear brake disc heating and locking up

I think you may be right. I'm bringing it to the dealership to get them to sort it.

Rear brake disc heating and locking up

I have an 06 Rocket which I bought two months ago. Yesterday evening, the rear brake locked up as I was on an off ramp of a main road. When I got stopped the rear was moving freely again, but the brake disc was too hot to touch. I rode on the last couple of miles to my destination...

    Rocket 08 Jacket

I bought one in the UK Triumph clothing sale this year. It is a fantastic jacket. I really like it. It is well made, long enough in the sleeves and back and the armour sits well. In the UK Triumph have clothing sales every June and October/November. I got my jacket for £90 ($143 USD)...

    T-Bird Ride & Question

I had test ridden the Thunderbird and really liked it. The handling is amazing, more like a sports tourer than a cruiser, and those shorter pipes do sound fantastic. HD must be cacking themselves. When I did the sums on what it would cost for the big bore kit and all the extras on the T-Bird...
