    Hi Mully. Just fitted the alarm by-pass plug and it didnt work! Alarm kept going off every 45 secs. Perhaps the dealer gave me the wrong one? Gonna plaster the clutch switch with WD40 then call my dealer tomorrow. Thanks for the support though, cheers.

    Just had a look at that. The cable is very tight coming from the from of the clutch lever and twisted back on itself going into the main wiring hose coming from the switch housing. Might be worth investigating too.

    Thank you gents. So much info but generally the concensus seems to be the alarm. Seems like a good place to start for me. I have heard about the headlight by pass before ozrider, so if cutting the alarm dosn't do it then that will be the next port of call. Cheers all. I'll let you know how I...
