    The ones I have done have had an alloy crossover tube, in what sounds like the same spot. I remember raising the tube a little. Can't see yours but can you move it a little or bend it?

    They will fit. Bit of fiddling but if you've done it on other rockets, you'll have no issue, unless the stage two piping is way different to the stage one.

    Sometimes folk are not aware the dyno carriage wheel stop , in bolts to make it longer. 🙂. My first DJ dyno was a 1994 model and have had four in total, all will accept a R3 easy. Long Harley style choppers can be an issue.

    22psi is significant. Have you boost referenced IGN timing adjustment?

    Wow, 9.3 second or better on a big heavy bike is aiming well up. Good luck, what the other guys said re practice. Maybe get a couple sets of clutch plates in the spares box. 22 psi boost at 8000 will be pretty much the same at 100% throttle and 80% as the boost is going around the throttle plate...

    If you have a spare ECU, take it to the dyno with you. If it's not possible to read/edit with tuneboy software, you will be able to start again. Feel free to email me.

    Plus one on the idle speed. Back in the day Tune boy tunes for the original TTS kits had the map sensor turned off and one unplugged it. If the sensor is active and sees boost the bike will run crap. There may be a Tune ECU tune with the map off, I'm not sure.? I have never been able to get any...

    The original Harley Davidson aerosol can of semi wrinkle black ( for 2006 to 2017 twin cams) is a perfect match. Clean the head well, wipe down with prepsol, pre heat to 30 deg c , two or three light coats and you have a black head. 🙂 Also unscrew the oil gallery restrictor and swap them. Hope...

    ECU Recovery

    Tape the fob to the LHS of the rear grab bar, so it's close to the antenna. Read instructions well 🙂. Open an unaltered stock file and see if you can recover the ECU with that first. Good luck

    I would recommend windows 7. Had quite some issues getting 10 to play well with the early software.
