    I would put it on tune ecu and check tps and stepper, throttle bodies balance, first, and i would also pull cam chain tensioner and make sure its not at end of travel, meaning all the way out. When were plugs last changed, fuel filter change?

    It works fine with just wavy washer, the important thing is after you tighten clutch plate you have 3 to 6 mm of free-play on the lifter piece.
