    That would be tempting, but would it impact the warranty? Assuming it arrives in a crate and you must fit the front wheel amongst other things. Not sure how you'd do the ECU job yourself?

    So correct me if I'm wrong - Carpenter fits a "265" kit to Steel's bike Carpenter fits a "265" kit to Claviger's bike Steel goes to dyno... bike makes 251 hp and 185 tq Claviger puts down Carpenter, posts 1000 threads about improvements the bike e.g. boring throttles, decking the head...
