    No corrosion was evident, and I don't know what "light relay" means. I did not put any dielectric grease on any contacts... would that help. Do you think it is just a contact problem? and thanks for the reply.

    You get used to the grin factor of the bike and don't imagine it isnt performing at its potential. But the tuneboy has made a huge difference. I'm sure it isn't good for the gas mileage but the bike is running awesome. Thanks Pig9r!!

    Success! I just did this mod and it is the first mod I've ever done on anything! Hmmmm. While it's true all I did was add 1/4 x 1 1/4 rubber washer to a handlebar, I feel I deserve a cookie! I feel I deserve a cookie a lot... probably why I'm 280 lbs.:D
