    Output Shaft Bearing I only had 2,000k's on mine and had to have the bearing replaced 7 weeks in the shop. They replaced all the updated parts but didn't have to replace the head gasket. With 5,000k"s I have had the head gasket replaced, I don't know what else he did to it but it goes great...

    Triumph have sent an 08 upgrade kit for my R3 the new bearing is sealed they believe that because its close to the primary drive metal filings may have got caught in the bearing and destroyed it

    I have a Nov 07 Mulberry Red Speedmaster and in the mechanics workshop a Jan 08 R3. It's only done 2k klm's and needs new output torque bearing replaced, the parts are here Triumph have sent newer gears, wiring harness and bearings, so just waiting for them to be put into the r3 so i can enjoy...
