    Take a look at this excellent YouTube video of a Rocket 111 fork seal replacement. At the 10.27 min mark this fellows shows how he orients the seal. He places the spring down. I followed this video to replace mine a year ago with no problems.

    Tune ECU works fine on my laptop equiped with Windows 10. The only thing I have to do is under Options, then Interface, choose USB instead of Serial.

    All of the items suggested are valid points. Any one of them could have addressed your problem. The ideas usually come out in droves and should be welcomed however, you took your time and did what requesters should always do... analyse and go with the easy fixes first in a systematic order...

    looks nice and clean. How much fine metallic stuff was on the magnetic plug? My first change had the largest amount of filings present (which wasn't alot) but with continued changes, gradually dropped next to nothing... This is normal as your final drive breaks in.

    Can you get your hands on one coil/lead combo. Use it as a test, swapping each coil at a time to see if you can isolate the potential coil issue??? You can also test the resistance of the coils on the primary and secondary side but this doesn't always catch leaking insolation on the secondary...
