    Rocket 3 clutch issues

I don't pretend to be an expert on the clutch assembly having never taken mine apart but I'll raise some simple questions. 1. Did you have any freeplay in the clutch cable to lever before the lifter shaft/piece failure? (Trying to determine what caused the lifter shaft/piece weld job) No...

What were you using as a jumper cable in this video?

    Won't start!

The dreaded click, click, click is usually associated with poor current/voltage supply. On our bikes I would; 1. Check the connections on the battery first. They come loose often. 2. Next check your voltage at the battery. It really should be close to 13 volts with nothing on and...

    No rear brake again

Your statement got me a little confused. I always thought there was a pump built into the ABS system. Doing a little Google search this was confirmed. In most cases, the pump motor drives one or more plungers (pumps) in the hydraulic block to replace the fluid/pressure bled off during braking...

    Rocket fork seals

That's the way I've always installed seals, spring in, but for some reason my Rocket had the springs out from the factory. They originally lasted over 10 years and 75k without leaking so I installed them the same way. The Youtube video I just posted shows the old seals in the Rocket being...

    Rocket fork seals

Take a look at this excellent YouTube video of a Rocket 111 fork seal replacement. At the 10.27 min mark this fellows shows how he orients the seal. He places the spring down. I followed this video to replace mine a year ago with no problems.

    12 Minute Tune

Tune ECU works fine on my laptop equiped with Windows 10. The only thing I have to do is under Options, then Interface, choose USB instead of Serial.

    12 Minute Tune

All of the items suggested are valid points. Any one of them could have addressed your problem. The ideas usually come out in droves and should be welcomed however, you took your time and did what requesters should always do... analyse and go with the easy fixes first in a systematic order...

    Differential oil after 2000 miles

looks nice and clean. How much fine metallic stuff was on the magnetic plug? My first change had the largest amount of filings present (which wasn't alot) but with continued changes, gradually dropped next to nothing... This is normal as your final drive breaks in.

Rebuilding motorcycle after timing chain skip 62K Km

Are you going to resurface those valve faces? I can't believe how pitted they are. I imagine the seats in the head are similar.

    Crazy ignition skip under load

Can you get your hands on one coil/lead combo. Use it as a test, swapping each coil at a time to see if you can isolate the potential coil issue??? You can also test the resistance of the coils on the primary and secondary side but this doesn't always catch leaking insolation on the secondary...

    G’day mates from Italy

Hello Nikmeister. Welcome to the forum, often called the asylum by the unknowing... Congrats on one fine looking ride. I too have family in central Italy specifically in Cocullo. It is on my bucket list to visit. One of these days...
