    This may sound obvious but did you ensure both intake and exhaust valves were closed (piston on the power stroke)? We don't want to assume anything here... Is it possible the exhaust valves for that cylinder were on the exhaust stroke when you forced air in the spark plug hole???

    Well the rear brakes on the older Rocket 111 were more than adequate. I could lock them up when wanted. Often did this when bleeding the rear brakes. This would get the oil in the ABS unit cycling. A few lockups then rebleed. NP. By the way, I have 75,000 kms on my rear brake pads... Still...
