    The mod options for the new Rocket are not there like the older ones. It is pretty good out of the box with a Penner tune.

    Journeyman is correct. The new Rockets have an exhaust burble that some may think is decel pop and this is normal. Check for leaks as is suggested. If it is new and stock you are most likely WNLs.
