    Which brand of Motor oil to use ?

    I thought Triumph revised the oil specs stating it should be 10w40 now...(but idk for sure) My dealer said that’s what they used the last time... But money is tight and I’m trying to save a few bucks changing it myself.

    Wondering if anyone ever used Valvoline 4T 10w40 Synthetic. It says it’s for a wet clutch. I have 2007 r3. any recommendations or suggestions on a good oil?
