Which brand of Motor oil to use ?

Wondering if anyone ever used Valvoline 4T 10w40 Synthetic.
It says it’s for a wet clutch.
I have 2007 r3.

any recommendations or suggestions on a good oil?

Should be good. I would prefer something along a 20w50 but that's just me.

I thought Triumph revised the oil specs stating it should be 10w40 now...(but idk for sure)
My dealer said that’s what they used the last time...
But money is tight and I’m trying to save a few bucks changing it myself.

If money is tight use Castrol 10W50. $50.13 for a case of 6 quarts on Amazon. It is the Triumph recommended oil.

Only the Triumph recommended oil because they give them the best deal, when Rockets first came out it was not castrol oil they recommended, but castrol is a good oil

I know it used to be Mobil 1 15W50. It was made in Europe. Hard to find in the USA.
