Nice job Bruce. Will check it better when I get home as I am still on the road somewhere outside of Adelaide heading to Sydney in the B double. Have fun with it.

Not dyno'd yet road it home with the old tune for single 1-3/4 muffler. This muffler is 2-1/4 reducing to 2 just inside can. Not one pop. Running a bit rough just off idle and a little bit of black smoke Mabey a little rich. Put Ramair on this evening that plastic thing is never going back on. What a pain in the arse to get off. Had trouble getting the Ramair to stay on Lushy told me to wipe the rubbers with a petrol rag to get the oil off and don't over tighten the clamps. That's where I was going wrong every time I tightened the clamps it would pop off. Ended up just sat it on for a while then tightened a little so far it hasn't popped off. I'll check it again before I take it to get dyno'd probably tomorrow if I get home early enough.

Mate that looks fantastic and I bet it sounds the same. Why? don't Triumph do this with the exhaust in the first place.

That is an awesome system. Just what Im after.

The production pipes are a little different to mine the s bend tail pipe doesn't kick out like mine. It ends in the same position as the standard headers and the stainless muffler has an s bend on the front of it to pick it up. And the O2 sensor is where the original pipes have it.This is a photo of them It's not very clear but I think you'll get the picture.
