Well hello there!

I suppose another addition to my last post I am becoming very weary of putting on my ramair at the moment for 2 reasons 1. I have tried and tried to find a tune that would suit the ramair and the zard ẉith no luck whatsoever! 2.want to try and let the new components bed in a tad before I go throwing everything at her! She had a tough summer!

not far away then from the old man. Love that part of the country great place to ride
[weather permitting] can't help much with the tune. I have dave platts standard air box and standard tune from tune ecu. Aftermarket exhaust with decat. Runs well better mpg and a lot quicker do get a bit of decel pop at low revs when coming off the throttle but nothing serious. I am gonna fit ramair and see what happens if no good then look at another tune. Got a few other things to sort first though.

Hello Samo,
I am running a Ramair with standard header, 6 sidewinder slip on exhaust system from Campbell custom and the 20228-goodbase-free-flow-cat-delete-ramair-anti-decel-pop-plus-extra5.17 located in our Resource area on the forum. It has completely stopped the decal pop and she runs like a dream.
Grace my bike is an 06 Classic.
Definitely worth a try, you can always set it back to your base.
I would read some of the great posts listed in the Tune forum, that is where I started and it gave me an idea about what settings I need to change. Also there was some great video's on 'how to' fit the Ramair.

Keep us posted on any changes you make and how the related performance, it helps others learn and make decisions.
 

This is the first solid direction I have been advised! Thank you very much just waiting on the cable now and I will have a look for that tune today! And quite possibly bite the bullet and get the ram air on today! Thank you again!

Only thing is the zard comes with some form of cat? So I dunno if it would work I need to pull the exhaust off today doesn't seem to be flowing through both sides of the exhaust freely just 80% one side and 20% left its weird.....
