Yes, Molinoman's bike is a steal as equipped at $10K.

Welcome to the site from Joisey, baadactor!

We can't answer your question without more info about the bike you are looking at (model and any extra equipment or mods done?)

I believe that Scot in Exile looks at sheep with something other than eating in mind.

And my bike is still for sale....

Molinoman, your bike is pretty sharp, albeit far away from me. I'm taking my time making the decision, as I've read a few issues around the first year, like the clutch. From what I read, it's pretty much guaranteed to fail early until the 2008 season? Anyway, I'm in New England, and the season feels a long way off just yet.

The one I'm looking at locally isn't "actively" for sale, but it is just sitting there in a barn with a sort of depressed battery. It's a stock 2005, 3300 miles, with the additions of Triumph leather bags, Triumph windscreen, early model Triumph engine bars and highway pegs, padded backrest w/logo and luggage rack. The owner is thinking around $10,000, I'm thinking around 9,000 sounds better but I definitely do not want to insult him. It's a beautiful bike.

I think that you could ship molinoman's bike to Maine for about $500. It might be worth it!
