Greetings all. I recently purchased a 2018 R3 Roadster, and absolutely am in LOVE with it! I have done some research, and observations revealed that the aftermarket K&N intake creates a massive air flow intake, while the stock exhaust restricts... As I understand it, this causes it to run Lean, and even though the stock mapping can adjust little bits, it is 100% going to be running lean, and can really cause issues.
I ordered the OBD bluetooth version adapter and have an android tablet for a TuneECU flash update to adjust it... as forums and Ai suggested... and I was led HERE to all of you fine people for help. I am not the most tech savvy person, and I don't know what I am doing. I have to download the Tune ECU program still on my Android, but once I do, and get the OBD connector tool in the mail tomorrow, I really don't know what "map" I am supposed to download, or flash, to my bike to ensure the possible LEAN issues don't ruin this beautiful machine...
