I have the throttle Mizer it replaces the weights on handlebar ends and you just twist it for ever how much restriction you need kind of expensive but work well

When I said "lock" I meant "full lock" as in all the way right. I actually don't have a steering lock (key-less ignition)

Is there a benefit to the risers on a Classic? The bars are farther back than on the Standard so are you guys actually using them on Classics? If so, how do they help? I would think the adding height to the bars would be less comfortable.

it's only about another inch higher and 2 inches back.
If the bars are to high with another inch,
tilt them down a little when you install them,
I can't imagine them being worse than the oem way.
