How to calculate wheel speed constant?

It's easy enough to go into Tune Consants in Tuneboy and change the wheel speed from 3037 to 3248, but how do you actually make the calculation to read 3248 with 107% of standard value 3037?

What numbers do you enter in the gear ratio calculator to make the correction?

An explanation would be appreciated - thanks,
 
Well, would help if I read the friggin manual before posting!

So, for those that want to know (or can't read): you put the number 1 in all sprocket fields and then 7 (or whatever % you feel you are off by) in the error % - hit calculate
