It's a Triumph only dealer, pretty good guys from what i can tell so far. They are actually moving down the street to a bigger location. Prices for labor don't seem too outrageous , 80 an hour. They already started cutting me some discounts for parts even though I didn't buy the bike from them.

Darin, welcome from Afghanistan. I have fond memories of Philadelphia, was stationed at the Philly shipyard back in 77-79. I also was married there in the northeast at Holmesburg.
After I left Afghanistan the first time in May of 07 (after purchasing my Rocket in March) my wife and I went on a long overdue vacation and visited a lot of friends and members of her family in Philly, Bristol, Fairless Hills and in New Jersey (she's a Joisey girl...Pennypack area of Willingsboro). While there I visited the dealership in Manyunk and it seemed like a decent dealership, as you said, they sold nothing but Triumphs even bought a t-shirt there (the blue one with Manyunk on the back), unfortunately I cannot help you as far as saying how their service department was.

..hello phillyroc..welcome aboard..I bought my used rocket in Michigan, but I've used the Manayunk dealer in phila a few times..they seem to be ok..I had them do the 10,000 mile service and had it there one other time for an issue..come down to Hooters in Bear on Wed night for bike night sometime..me, you, and hellfire..we'll make a stand....
