I had a guy come in today to get this same model of motorcycle inspected. Its like a 3/4 size bobber. It is really kind of cool. It had a foot clutch, forward controls, tank shift, a 200 cc engine and all the normal bobber stuff. I'm not sure I would ride it up on the Interstate but he said he's had it up to 65 with no problems and said there was some left. I have no idea where its made, it probably speaks Chinese....

That's a cool looking scooter. You'd probably feel like you were going backwards on a 200cc, after riding your Roc.
