Greetings From KC, MO

Hello @Trumpeteer and welcome from Virginia. Thank you for your service and and glad you bought a big heavy cruiser for your retirement. Nothing like sitting back and enjoying a slow cruise through the country side. Well, slow compared to an F-15 per se...

Thank you very much! I am enjoying being a civilian once again and the Rocket was a treat to myself that I have wanted for quite some time now. I actually sat on this bike in '09 at the Birmingham bike show when I was stationed in England. Here's a shot of me on the bike in '09 at the convention...I don't want to be accused of BSing!!!

I wanted the bike back then but I was stationed in England and followed it with a four year tour to Japan so the wife wasn't going to let me go through that customs nightmare so I got pulled off the bike kicking and screaming with no military bearing about me whatsoever!

But I stayed patient and came across a great deal and now I have one in the garage and I am quite happy with it! Still have the Bonnie though...I won't ever be able to get rid of her:
