Greetings from Essex, England

Welcome from the West Coast Shep, enjoy the ride and this forum, nothing gets past these guys

Have you got a picture of your ride?

What was your thoughts about the sound of the Ramair? I love it, fitted mine last week.
Waiting to put a HansO map in after a visit to the dealer.

Hey buddy,

Yeah could instantly tell the difference. I like the kind of induction noise it makes The map will make a HUGE difference!

Shep, welcome from Maine, USA. Tis a great site with great Captains, welcome Captain Shep

Please show the Harley pipes on the Rocket, loud? deep? drone at certain rpm?

Hoopla

The pipes I've used are the V&H Ovals for a HD touring model.

They do drone a bit when low speed cruising, but sound great when accelerating and cruising over 45 mph.

They were free as the baffles were damaged. Just ripped them out! I would say with baffles in would sounds perfect.

Here's a couple of pictures of the pipes as requested.

The RH one fit pretty easy. Just needed the mesh insert from the stock pipe to fit nice and snug. The LH pipe was a pain. I had to cut the elbow from the old stock pipe and weld it onto the V&H.

Hey Shep welcome from Florida...spent many years in Southend , Romford etc...great people and some great rides ( when the traffics not crazy)...

Sound good...did the dealer fit these? I ask because interested if they did how you find the remap they installed ( extent of decel popping)...

No, I fitted these myself. I did the map myself as well using TuneECU.

I would highly recommend it!
