Is there a list of what the various dash serving symbols mean anywhere?

Riding home this evening I had an odd looking warning symbol appear on my dash. I had no idea what it was meant to represent but hit the "OK" button and figured I'd look it up when I got home. I've since tried to look it up but I can't find a list of the warning symbols anywhere. I didn't pay that much attention to the symbol at the time as I figured is be able to recognise it when I looked it up but I just can't find it anywhere. The best I can describe it is as an orange, upside down, spiky, lightbulb, and it's not the tyre pressure warning symbol. Does anyone know what it is, or better yet know of a place where all the symbols are listed?

Hi, it is most probably just the Fob out of range or Fob low battery which seem to be a relatively common fictitious warning thrown up by these bikes........just carry on what's the worst that can happen ?

It's definitely not the "key fob out to of range" issue (I've seen that one) and it doesn't look like what I would imagine a battery low symbol to be like. I did have a low battery when I first bought the bike but haven't actually seen the warning.

As it is I can't even find what the "key fob out of range" nor what the "low voltage" symbols are like any how. Is this documented anywhere?

By the way, when I parked the bike it was making a strange melted plastic smell. I though it was probably nothing but just want to find out what the warning was to be sure.

My best guess was that it was possibly a fuel injection symbol or something. Does such a symbol exist?

Strange, because I just got a strange plastic burning smell last night while bike was idling in garage. No warning light and could not trace the source. Seemed to come from exhaust flow? weird! Please let us know when you determine the source.

it should have stated what the problem was in the information tray.
Yeah, it didn't seem to, or at least I don't remember it. I was trying to work out what it was at the time and if it described it's meaning (and I understood what it meant) I would have seen it. All it seemed to say was "Press OK" to clear.

The same symbol appeared in the top warning circle on the dash as well as in the left "info" circle below the fuel gauge. After holding the "OK" button the left "info" cell cleared but the top "warning" light still showed the symbol but unfortunately it cleared itself before I was able to take a photo.
