My bike was manufactured 06/04 but is reg as 05 so is it an 05 or 04 :? :? :?

IF it has the 05 updates then it's 05. Half year model changes aren't a new model year (fixing the bad stuff). It's probably an early release 05, similar to the Thunderbirds being manufactured in 2009 that are 2010 models.

It's an '05.

Just like how you can buy a 2010 cage right now. Most cage world forums will use MY in front of their years to signify the model year, not the manufactured year.

So you have a MY05.

It was pretty unfortunate that Triumph did the first 200 US models the way they did.

They handed out certificates with them but they are all numbered 1/200.

In other words, everyones certificate, even though it has the individual VIN on it, says that it is #1.
