The problem is your head is oval and the helmet is round! Shop helmets at Revzilla which tells you the shape of every helmet.

    Downside of New Model

This is so correct about availability of aftermarket parts. I just bought a new 2021 R3 GT but hestitated for quite a while just because how stuck you are with the stock stuff or overpriced and generally unsuccessful Triumph factory "Improvements."

    Corbin Seats - Love'em or Hate'em

Same seat I had on my Boss Hoss which I thought was about the best long haul seat I've ever had. Hard, flat and comfortable as hell!

    Corbin Seats - Love'em or Hate'em

I've been riding almost 60 years and have had 30+ bikes and have ridden tens of thousands of miles. You will never find consensus around a seat! Too many variables including rider anatomy, weight, foot peg position, handlebar height and pullback, rider inseam, seating angle...even type of...

    Rear shocks on r3r

It is not a question of "smoothness." The stock shocks have terrible rebound dampening and allow the bike to wallow in serious turns with any surface irregularities. You may not know what you are missing because I had no idea just how bad my stock shocks were (although I knew they were not...

    Rear shocks on r3r

I know nothing about the 444s and understand that many have been disappointed with the 412s and 440s. The 430s are fabulous. All I can do is tell people about my experience after 50 years of motorcycling having left NO bike stock out of my 20+ machines. Most of my bikes ended up with one or...

    SS Radiator shroud

The truth is that i'm not crazy about it on the bike. To me, it emphasizes the radiator even morethan stock. I changed my chrome grilles for blacked out ones and like the look much better. Sorry, Weed...JMHO

    Rear shocks on r3r

NO...Not the Progressive 412s but the 430s. I've owned 23 bikes over the years and have put aftermarket shocks on almost all of them because most of the stock shocks are terrible. These 430's use a whole different valving mechanism than other Progressive shocks and they are, by far, the best...

    Waterproof boot covers

I also have a pair of Redwings and they are fantastic. The reason I mentioned the Merrells and Patagonias is that they are so easy on and off. A front zipper on the Merrells and Velcro on the Patagonias. This really helps when it's time to put the rain pants on at the side of the road and you...

    Waterproof boot covers

I just am not understanding. There are SOOO many totally waterproof..and I mean WATERPROOF options out there! Merrell, Patagonia..just to name two, offer easy on, easy off short boots that are 100% waterproof! I used to go crazy about liners, covers, greasing my leather boots, etc. before road...

A Manly (and inexpensive) Horn Upgrade

Yep.....ugly! Stuff hanging off the side of the bike just doesn't do it for me. We each do what we think is best and there is NO disrespect intended! I think I am a slave to looks so I have had a hard time thinking about just where to put new horns. It is amazing to me how few options there are...

Best Rocket 3 handle bar grips

I've installed the ISO GRIPS with the throttle boss on my last three bikes and think they are the best grips out there. Never a failure or a problem. Tried many others but these are the best feeling grips IMHO!
