    This is purely up to the individual.When i first put wilbers proggresives in mine i went with the heavier grade but there was no feel so i went back to standard weight.I prefered the standard weight Changeing the springs wasnt a lot different.

    Johnsons baby oil.I find a good hand full is just about right.Dont get any sand in it though ooh no.

    Make sure when you get the new TPS that it is the new one.They have upgraded this part.

    Definately TPS.Same happened to mine.If i switched the bike of and then back on again it would idle ok and then all of a sudden it would high idle.

    I recon it is powder coated.Dont recon ordinary paint would stay on because of the heat.If your into the chrome scene you could always strip and polish or if not get it re powder coated.Any colour the world is your oyster.

    Id be scared to ride it with the corbin fairing on it.God there ****ed ugly.The bloke who designed it wants sacking.

    Ive got the new type TPS in mine .Lets see how long this one lasts.

  10. Front fork stanchion repair

    Yes they do screw off but be warned.The stantions are steel whilst the fork bottoms are alloy.Water tends to get between them and they will oxidise and sieze so that when you try to remove them it can pull out the alloy threads..Best to squirt plenty of wd40 down ther first.Dont forget to undo...

    Just taking the cat off will make it louder.I ran mine for two years with the cat delete and standard pipes.Triumph stuck the tors and cat delete tune in and it ran fine.If you leave the cat delete on and put tors on it wouldnt be much louder its removing the cat that alters the sound.

    Metcruze aint soft but it is lower.I like mine and its comfy for me.Bare in mind i use to ride a super moto so the metcruze seat is great,

  17. Seat Cushion advice needed

    Ive had a back op and the best thing to do is put rearsets on your bike.With the proper feeting position it takes all off the weight of your tail bone.The born to be wild style pegs are no good for dodgy backs and no good for sporty riding.

    It does on this one as well.I pull it off so i dont trip over the thing.I know they are ready available in the uk but im now not so sure if they are available in the states.Anderson stands make them as well but they are in australia. If you do your own spannering they are a must.

    why not just buy one of these there brilliant.Stick a block of wood under the front of the engine and you can strip out both wheels ,forks ect.I know because i do it every year. and here it is in use.
