    Did you run it long enough to use old gas?

    Believe I'd change the pressure plate bolts to longer ones. R-3-R Turbo had a posting on the bolts, I replaced mine after reading the post.

    Agree, think I would inspect the new bearing, lube and install with normal care. Think I used engine assembly lube. Remember to soak clutch discs and plates with approved motorcycle oil.

    Yes, before modifying, found several maybe's but no definite answer. Finally disconnected the link and no more problems, didn't set any codes after removing link.

    good picture doesn't look like it centers on the flange, can you move the pipes individually?

    None that I know of, use good hoses, clamps and filter. I used factory hoses the last time.

    If I didn't know, I'd replace all the hoses inside the tank, and the filter also.

    After seeing your posting a couple years ago I replaced with 50-55 bolts high strength, happy I did. I was replacing flywheel, roller bearing and lifter shaft with updated parts after reading another of your posts. I wasn't happy with the existing old style setup.

    Once you have chain separated from gear take a real hard look, if a small piece of gear got wedged between the gear and the chain something has to give.
