Throttle tension adjustment?
Does it have a throttle lock cap on the end of the grip? Turn counter clockwise it tightens, clockwise tô loosen. Its for "cruise control" if it does. My 13 rocket has it and until I figured out what it was I was having problems with a stiff throttle too.- Words: 50
