    Haven't done the tune since but don't think she needs it. Doesn't really pop at low rpm. Bangs like a ***** if I shut the throttle at 6000 rpm. Love it

    Sorry to make you choke on your bottle of Bucky :p but yes over the moon. Who knows where I'd be if I left it to my local dealer. Glad I gave it a go myself with a bit of guidance from r3owners. Now to fix my hydron collider :roll::thumbsup:

    Thanks everyone. She's a beast again!! Had a little go at setting the isvc and now she's a dream. A very loud dream. No smoke. No smell. Doesn't seem rich or lean :):thumbsup::):thumbsup:

    Done the iscv check today it is slightly off but the bike idled better after the reset. Seemed to be a bit of a flat spot on acceleration going to have to get someone to have a look at it I think.

    When they fitted the tors they didn't change the cross piece. Think I'm going to give up with hugendon m40 triumph. It took 2 years for them to admit there was a hole in the rad got done under warranty in the end. Probably the cause of an overheating issue that damaged the paint on the engine...

    Still had the CAT fitted with the tors and triumph said it was a different tune that they could do in 20 minutes but can't fit me in until September. I'm not worried about the smoke now, expecting that to clear up after about 50 miles. Do you think the CAT bypass or it being slightly out of tune...

    I've just been told by triumph that there is a cat delete tune and was wondering if you know if 20228map.hex is the one they mean for a 2014 roadster?

    Thanks nat67. Very helpful and may have stopped me from making a big mistake. On another point has anyone had any dealings with hugendon m40 triumph. As my experience is a bit mixed. Not like Plymouth triumph who I can't recommend enough. Will try and upload pics of rotted tors
