    For Sale SOLD-Rivco Risers for Standard/Classic models-SOLD

Anybody need some Rivco risers? I have a set that I bought new, installed on my Roadster, and then removed a week or so later, so they are as new. I loved them on my old Classic, but the riding position on the Roadster is such that I preferred it without them. Looks like they sell for $200...

Thanks! The dealer actually had temporary registration on it, and they put it on in the lower holes. I'm going to transfer the "LAUNCH" plate off my `07 when it warms up.

    Couldn't resist

Yeah, I'm sorta in love with it. If I'm honest that header is about 25% of the reason i bought a new bike.

Little by little getting her put together. Got all the big stuff done, now just a few farkles to put on and chop the bearclaw. The Corbin bags are actually nicer than I expected, but the price still makes me sick. I still can't believe I talked myself into it. I kinda miss the sportier naked...

    Small shop problems

Haven't figured out a good way to use it for the rocket, so I just have a harbor freight motorcycle jack. I have used it to pick my boat off the trailer though...

    Small shop problems

Insanely expensive, don't fit that great, but ****, they look good don't they? Well, it's 22 years old, so it definitely leaks, but not too bad. It's on the lift because a gas line rusted through. It's hydraulic, but it's on the safety stops so it can't go anywhere, although I do have...

    Small shop problems

Got my shop insulated & heated before the cold weather hit, so I'm able to tackle some projects. Just one small bay though, so sometimes i have to multitask. Waiting on parts for my pickup, so i decided to pull the new rocket back in and get started on the crash bars

    Cylinder 1 fat?

What exhaust & intake setup are you running?

    My oh My

IF i was in the market for a commuter bike, I'd be looking at an MT09, a Bonneville, maybe a couple others around that $10,000 mark. An electric bike would have to be competitive to the gas alternatives.

    Rocket Year/Model - Advice

Sounds like a plan! Welcome to the site BTW! We hope you'll keep us updated on your progress. My family used to vacation on the red sands of Ormond Beach. My great uncle had a condo at the Aquarius, which was still there last time I drove A1A a couple years ago. Love that area, but we've...

    Rocket Year/Model - Advice

The brute exhaust is better for bikes with forward controls (standard, classic, touring) and the sidewinder was designed for the roadsters with the more neutral controls. I will also tell you that a R3 with just intake, exhaust, and a tune is quite capable of spinning the 240 tire. That said...

    TuneEcu Maps Explained

No, 60 mph winds here today and 35 degrees. Yes 02 sensor is off, only 1 bung in the exhaust. F-L table is at 0 above 1300 RPM, which is why i tried both idle and 2000 RPM. so maybe the afr table just gets ignored if the O2 sensor is disabled. I could see that, but i still don't understand...

Lol they probably only built the one. 2020 Rocket will probably be the same story......................................

    TuneEcu Maps Explained

Well, I'm more confused than ever. I was curious as to the AFR table directly effecting fueling, so I made two maps. On the first I added 5% (using the F trim table) to both the F & L tables. On the second, I left the F&L tables as they were and plugged this: into the AFR map. Previously...

    TuneEcu Maps Explained

This is one I disagree with Claviger on. Referring again to the Triumph "adaptive fuel systems' pdf you can find on the tune ecu site, it says that the fueling will not be adjusted by the trims produced from the 02 sensor readings in areas of the map that are richer than 14.5:1. This is...

    TuneEcu Maps Explained

Nope...definitely not my style to argue either. I just want to make sure we get the best info possible as I think this thread will pop up in a lot of searches in the future, and this info is a little hard to find. The only reference to milliseconds in the 'Adaptive Fuel systems' document is...
