    my baby's back Problem sorted, the battery was stuffed, with the new battery in she's purring again, I don't understand why the jumper didn't work, but I'm a happy puppy again. Cheers.

    r3 starting problems thanks anhouck for your thoughts, i do have the same factory alarm, i'll wait to see what happens when i put the charged battery back on, i'll check that the leads are tight and clean.

    battery Thanks guys, the battery is being charged now, temp is about 25c and very humid, 3pm NZ time.
