It works the same on my Lexus LS, push a button and you don't need the brake pedal anymore when stopped to keep from rolling.

    Mass air sensor

Ideally you want to probably secure that sensor to the framework above the engine to give it the coldest air possible. The colder it is the more fuel the EFI maps will feed to the TBs. If it is exposed to hot air then the system leans the already lean fuel mix based on the presumptive loss of...

Short answer, "BRILLIANTLY." After replying to this thread it made me curious enough to see if I had that little nugget on my '23 GT and sure enough I did, and it was 'disabled.' So being the intrepid barn fowl excrement I usually am when it comes to computers I took the plunge and "enabled"...

Turbo brings up a good point, where the throttle cables come in make sure those linkages are well lubricated and clean (and lube the throttle cables while you're at it). The idle stepper motor can also be your problem, that can be tested with TuneECU as well. If the primary TPS is correctly...

Disconnecting that sensor's input to the EFI sets voltage at 0. Using TuneECU the OBD reader is connected to the ECU, you'll see what the ECU is getting as input, the sensor could be putting out .6 volts to your multimeter, but that's meaningless if the ECU is reading 0. You need to read what...

You just need to hook up TuneECU and it'll show what you are getting for TPS voltage. Watch the video it explains BOTH the android and windows versions.

When connected and properly adjusted the TPS should indicate 0.6 volts +/- .02 volts. That applies to BOTH primary and secondary TPS.

MAP and or Air Pressure sensor fault

According to my service manual the MAP sensor provides the input to the diagnostic tool (in this case your TuneECU). There is an allowable tolerance between TBs that Triumph's service tool will simply display the word BALANCED. If that word is not displayed in the service tool then that...

    Gearbox repair?

That linkage clamp can be mounted in two orientations and depending on the orientation and where it connects to the shift lever determines the shift pattern. Whoever did the work must have little to no experience with this type shifter. From your picture if you reverse the linkage clamp and...

New to this beast of a bike.

Gen 2 Rockets are about 100 pounds lighter so the steering is easier. You have to treat it kinda like a Goldwing, the motor is your friend. If you want to do the really tight figure 8's and have really light steering get one of these:

Tuneecu not connecting to OBD Link LX101 2.1

It occurs to me that whatever device you are using to run TuneECU should have a list of available devices it can connect to. Is your OBD bluetooth in that list? If not you may need to search for devices and re-establish the connection. Also make sure that the battery is on a tender and the...
