  1. For Sale 05 radiator and shrouds

Bumping these items on 3 listings up. Anyone have any suggestions as to what to do with these practically new parts? I really hate to scrap but it may come to that. I may try a dealer, but the closest is 200 miles away. Again, must go. Make an offer and pay shipping.

  3. For Sale 05 Parts for sale for unbelievable prices

OK, all this needs to go. You make me an offer that isn't stupid, you pay the shipping, and they are yours. Exhaust sets not broken up. 1 stock set of silencers and cat box. Who ever sent them to me in 2008? did such a nice job of packing them I didn't want to undo.. You can see little use if...

Unable to ride for long time. 10,900 miles. New tires, new LI battery. Corbin Beetle Bags. Starts right up. No issues. Bring $3000.00 cash and ride or trailer home. I have lots of extras that I'll eventually post. Things I never got to. But this has to go first. 93442 Update Yup, still for...
  6. Long time away

I haven't been on this site in years. I see members are no longer numbered. I was #3 at the beginning when we all moved over from RatNet. Regardless, howdy all. I'm sure a few have croaked since I was last here. I'm looking to sell my ride. I was in storage for a long time. Just had it detailed...
  7. PC625 Battery - Geeky Long

Thanks for the poop Gary. What are the effects if one has the PC625 and when parked it is left on the Enersys charger? (at home, off riding times) Does the battery retain enough juice while riding to keep up or is that the issue? Will a day of start and stop drain it enough that the charging...
  8. First issue, blue pee

Sprung a leak somewhere. Haven't had a chance to look, tomorrow weather permitting. seems to be running down behind the oil tank. Hope a hose or clamp up by overflow. Now to find blue coolant, even though RED would be faster.
  9. Corbin Trim Tab

Just to keep up the record of every time the trim tab comes up, here is the consensus view: Not very helpful I realize.
  10. I'd like one, but will probably remain unobtainium

I hate chains, cables, disk lock, and all that schlock. Maybe if enough Captains take interest and hammer them there would be one made. Yeah, pricey, but I like the idea. Beats the cheezy stock fork lock. http://roadlok.com/index.html
  11. Flyscreen from Triumph: Best place in USA to get one?

I'm sure any dealer on line would love to sell you one. And the fixing kit. I'd expect the best you could do would be about 10% off list. You no likey your dealer? I get great service from Pure Trimuph on Tee shirts. They are in your hood, No?
  12. New Bike What Accessory's?

For looks you can't beat the Corbin Beetle bags. Not on your list but a MUST have are Rivco Exhaust Flange Covers. Available from http://www.newr3.com I've had Triumph guards, saved my bike, now I have the Rivco guards. Why I switched is beyond me, but both seem like they do the job. Maybe the...
  13. Faring

Just read my latest Corbin email. Apparently they are working on a "Fleetliner" faring. Dunno what that is. I looked over what they had for other makes and the only one I saw that wasn't the hideous Trim Tab was for the Victory. http://www.corbin.com/polaris_victory/victoryfair.shtml I know some...
  14. Who will service the R3 (other than Triumph dealer)?

Same boat here Shoe, 120 miles to closest. 160 to selling dealer. I'll live with it.
  15. Where to eat breakfast in Oz.

Well, this is the "Where to" area and riding and eating are often integral. http://thebreakfastblog.blogspot.com/
  16. Corbin Beetle Bags and Suspension Adjustment

The bags are less than 2 minutes per to remove. Three, 3/8 bolts. Shouldn't be an issue for access to the shocks.
  17. New Rocket Badges

    Nice find Sparks. Thanks!
  18. OIL FILTER - IS THERE A AFTERMARKET OR DIRECT REPLACEMENT?

Some where, may have been at the OP, there is a list of what fits. There are several varying in quality. Only a few will allow the chrome cover, but you don't care. I think the post at the OP has been removed. I think oil is a swear word.
  19. Oil Leak from tank

I know a few have had this. I looked, yeah don't say it, haven't ridden much since I got stuck with second shift, at my ride yesterday and noticed oil film from the area of up and behind the oil tank. Is that the tell tale sign of the O-ring leak? Not running oil mind you, just a capillary...
  20. Wiring

Hi folks, I am finally getting to installing my GPS and am looking for a clean way to connect the wiring under the tank. I found a hot and a gound in what I believe to be the heated grip connector. (3wire, purple, black, blue) I really don't want to cut wires. Good solutions anyone? For any...
