Yes. Got pretty much frustrated yesterday. The centre bolt and washer was ridiculously tight. Got that out. Took tool T3880200 and screwed it in. Applied torque with cheater bars and it did not screw in much. Grabbed wife and had her hold tool T3880201 with a long cheater bar and still had no...
We are having issues and need HELP. Page 18.35 of manual says remove centre bolt and washer using tool T38870201. We did that with a lot of effort. Rotor bolt is torqued to 120 nm. It took a hell of a lot more than that to get it loose. Now using tool T3880200 along with tool T3880201 we are...
Valve clearance complete. Not good But very accurate A set of gauges use to be pretty close even the standard that you purchase at your local auto store. Well they ain't . Strongly suggest spending a bit of money on some High quality gauges. Makes a big difference. I have some major...
No pics because I already dumped the stuff getting the clutch cover ready for powder coating. Can say lifter shaft was in good shape but had a little wear, The roller bearings were shot. The return spring looked Ok but who knows. Either way replacement parts are in the shed. Clutch worked fine...
I don't have a way to copy the list of parts and send to you. What wajhi posted is right on the money. One thing that apparently has been a issue is the bottom stock bearing seems to get stuck. A dremel with a small cutting wheel fixes that issue. New bearing will slid on down with little...
Have not forgot about you just fell asleep early yesterday afternoon and did not wake up until this morning. Will collect list with pics this evening when I get back home.
Calling it a day. Tired and hurt like all get out. This is getting powder coated. Completely striped down and have new replacment parts. The hit marks on the cover is from a Raccoon i hit one night. Figure at this stage of the game i am going to do a valve clearance check. This way i can order...
Have not ordered yet. I have a on going list of parts and when it reaches free shipping then I order. Need to look at it first and then take it from there.
The ladder back can not be replaced. It really does not matter what tool you use or make. What matters is how you release the torque. If your good your good if not your screwed. Sorry to sound so blunt but if you do not loosen the bolts correctly your going to be eating a %%%%$ sandwich.
Tried to post some pics but they will not let me, That is cool really would have liked to share more. stand worked out really well. Really happy with it. $299.00 bucks but now i can work from a chair.
