    Hi!!! Welcome to a great community. Ensure to check out your R3 options. Some choose the GT version with the mid-control option. Quick shifter option is quite useful due to the short RPM range as well. I'm only 5,9 and added bar risers. Very comfortable. Check out the threads on windscreens too!

    You rock Eric. I have a 2015 zx14r as my first bike. 1 down 2 up sprockets, bar risers, zero gravity windscreen. I'm putting the R77 3/4 exhaust system on this week. There is nothing matching the 7-11K RPM pulls on the ZX. I only use the R3 for longer distances.

    I want a 2023 superduke 1290r evo. Wheelie control levels ffs. They are like $3.5k in discounts right now and the 1390 was modified mainly for emissions (IMHO).

    I had the mid-control kit installed on my 2021 GT. The prices above are in line with what I paid. I love the mid position pegs. Bonus - I used the leftover parts to make a set of highway pegs where the front controls used to be.

    Shouldn't be too messy. Just rub a candle along the zipper teeth. No need for heat or anything like that. You can buy zipper lube but the wax works fine and costs nothing.
