At the dealership - 2018 Rocket to get 2500 ccs

When Triumph first came back out in the 90s i grabbed copies of all the advertising literature. Im not at home now but am pretty sure there was a trident. Was ugly and the smaller 750cc of the range. Dont think it sold well. But they reuse the names like Thunderbird. Im with you in that an...

Keeping track of voltage--at what point?

I never saw the point of monitoring voltage until recently, i have an aftermarket gauge cluster thanks to @mitzy. And notived as i was riding in South Island my voltage creeping down. At a pub we found the regulator/rectifier had "magically" (read my own incompetence) become unplugged. Without...

Power Commander V with Auto Tune.

I personally wouldnt bother buying a PCV without the AT unless you cannot get a decent tuner or one that only works with Dynojet software. Its not foolproof but better than the fools Ive encountered calling themselves tuners here.

    Nonslip passenger seat

I know the issue and ended up moving the footpegs forward. Apparently theres no way to brace when braking. Now she can lock herself in place. Hardly run the rear seat now anyway.

    Throttlebody Mods and Tune

Hi Rob Sorry for the delay with reply and thought as much. Thanks for the offer I'll send my map on PM tomorrow and would be grateful if this could be done. Just thinking long term for all older bikes as parts will become a problem over time so being able to ditch "unnecessary" parts and keep...

    Throttlebody Mods and Tune

Hi Rob Thanks for this we have been pushing this around for a bit and I have a couple of questions if you don't mind? Is there something in the MAP above (that's not accessible through Tune ECU) eliminating the fault codes? Have you removed, and unplugged, the secondary stepper and TPS, or...

    pop/backfire from throttle bodies

Mines intermittently done this since I changed the air system but its so infrequent I ignore it. I always wondered if it was a ghost signal from the crank position sensor but haven't got around to looking and cleaning it. Dont think it will be your TPS but would check @Wrecka 's suggestions...
