    Engine Management Warning Light

Hi Pete Glad to have been able to help. I think my front wire came lose as I had a factory alarm that was quite frankly a piece of sh*t. One day in anger I tore it out and wrapped it in a wrap to shut it out and threw it into our old shed where it still lies. I wasnt as careful as I should...

    Air Filter replacement.

Hi Rick I had those air filters and have recently changed them out for the attached below, only because I saw it on another bike and liked the look. Since fitting them, I got sick, then it has rained nearly every day since, so no ride yet, not expecting much difference tho (other than free...

Triumph mechanic close to S. Ark?

Yeah that really sucks, that's got to be a 6 hour trip each way towing the bike?, I though i was inconvenienced living an hours ride away... Its always the time wasted that gets me, especially seeing you let them know too bad planning on their behalf.

Bluetooth OBD2 connector that works with TuneECU

Thank you so much, I had been wondering about this and was going to take a gamble on a BT OBD2, this will be so much better than messing around with cables and dragging the laptop into my dirty garage. I'm ordering one this weekend.

    Z bars handlebars

Gday Just fitted some 12" bars to mine, already had Rivco riser with 2" rise and 1" pullback. I found a nice set of bars I wanted in the states from Revzilla, right height, right pullback etc, but they don't ship bars outside the US so I had to order local. Ended up with a set of Harley bars...

    Intro

Hi Tirawley Rockets are heavy bikes and low speed maneuvering (pushing it round the garage mainly) can be difficult. But the second you get them past crawling speed they simply shed their weight. I've ridden a few lighter bikes that feel much heavier especially in their cornering and general...

An American Muscle Car...On Two Wheels

Hi Chance Makes perfect sense to me, While I love the bike, I don't much like the look of the Rocket when I walk around it especially from some angles, however when sitting on it and looking at I think it looks like some sort of 1950's machinery/sc-ifi thing and that's what matters to me...

    One Wish

+1 On the reverse gear, ever parked it facing downhill, where the downhills a cliff, the grounds gravel and there's some snotty nosed kid in the car parked next to laughing his ass off while your trying to push it backwards? That reverse gears suddenly mighty appealing.

    Handle bar options vs risers?

Once I got Rivco riser (2" up and 1" back) I came to like the stock bars. Though recently I fitted 12" bars onto the risers and am very happy with those. I have built my own backrest also and this certainly makes a big difference. Your height can effect the feel of the bars too.

Do any of you forget to shift into 5th gear at times on the highway?

Yep Shane's my neighbor, hes still there. His bro lives down the road too and drives a cool blown Dodge RT challenger. Shane's doing it a bit tough life-wise. No job, wife and kids left etc etc but he seems pretty cheery overall don't really see him round to often as he's out and about.

    Engine Management Warning Light

Gday Recently my front coil wires came lose causing the bike to misfire and run on two cylinders, didn't seem to show up on Tune ECU as a fault, but was easy fix by compressing the terminals slightly. No fault light either. Also new a guy who got bought a S/H Ducati (each to their own I...

Big bike, cramped riding position, need info

Some more epics of the screen as requested (don't look too closely, its not quite square, hitting a dirt bank at speed does that...) It can be adjusted/tiled slightly too the way I mounted it. Sensor on top is the radar detector light, not that I ever speed.;)
