    Just got off the phone to Triumph. They won't extend the warranty again, as the bike will be 4 years old, which I guess is understandable. Worth a try though.

    Mine would probably be a V4 Diavel. It was in the running with the R3. I just tested the Triumph first lol. The other thing is the cost of an exhaust on the Diavel, thousands! Not to mention the reliability issues, servicing and lack of dealerships.

    I know how you feel. I came from a Harley Limited. Mine had the 110ci stage 4 tyre shredder kit, but still felt pedestrian compared to the R3.

    One of our top tuning shops (TTS Performance) that many of you in the UK and further afield will know charges £300 plus VAT (£360). Why is this version so expensive? Thanks for putting that video on BTW. It's good to see that old models, actually produce better gains pound for pound.

    You'll love it! As already said, the comparison to the Busa would be interesting. It's funny how you tested the R and went for the GT. coming from a sports bike. I did the same, but then I was coming from Harley's. Loved the R, but after an hours test ride my shoulders were starting to ache...

    When I spoke to the service guy at West London Triumph he said do it that way if you want to bugger up your engine. He said if you want full power take it to someone like TTS Performance and get it done properly.
