  1. 'Turning In'

I used to ride 'square edged' tyres on an old Velocette when I was a kid. Scary as hell when you got on the 'edge' with those!

Wow this is a global site!
  3. 'Turning In'

That's why we have Monster bikes - to get them to do all the work!
  4. 'Turning In'

Engine guards from when I bought it. Metzler Marathons front and rear - both in good condition. Forks have been suggested as a potential problem
  5. 'Turning In'

Slow speed is worst. I'll get bearings checked at same time as forks
  6. 'Turning In'

I'm a wimp - but it hasn't held me up before now;) Tyre pressures are fine - seems like it could be the forks

Thanks. I was an avid watcher of the space program on TV when a kid - that's as close to Florida as I've got!
  8. 'Turning In'

I'm a pretty conservative rider - unless I'm going in a straight line! I'm getting my forks checked - sounds like a potential cause
  9. 'Turning In'

My rear is more worn than the front - which is fairly recent. I did have the forks refilled a year ago due to a leak - I wonder whether the pressure has dropped - sounds like a good call - I'll get them checked

Thanks for the welcome! Let's see what comes up from the others

My 2014 Rocket seems to have developed a tendency to want to 'turn in'. In other words it wants to tighten into the turn rather than stay neutral. I have to apply positive pressure to stop it turning more. My first thought was tyre pressures but they are the same as ever. Any thoughts out there...
