Noco a good alternative to yuasa?

The NoCo NLP14 with the correct spacers fits perfectly in my 2020 Rocket 3 GT. The spacers are included with the battery as purchased (they are not sold separately). Here is the manufacturers link NOCO - 500A Lithium Powersport Battery - NLP14

Noco a good alternative to yuasa?

Updated. I rode today at 10C, started up like a champ. No issues with the NoCo battery. Didn't explode or anything. In other news, ICE car caught fire today, so I guess we should all start looking at pedal bikes for our two wheeled adventures. Ah sh!t, my balls chaff and I already bought...

Noco a good alternative to yuasa?

It's installed in my bike! Super easy, easy charge, low dissipation over time, like 1% per month. Good in cold weather, I installed one in my bike, and one in my wife's HD Heritage Classic.

Why are people selling their Rockets?

While I know this is not everyone in this forum or every motorcyclist out there, sometimes we (the collective we) buy things that we regret. It's too big, too tall, too peppy, not peppy enough (I doubt this one), doesn't fit, doesn't feel right, doesn't come in my colour, who knows. We all...

Why are people selling their Rockets?

I'm on my 3rd Rocket (2 Rocket IIIs and 1 Rocket 3 GT). If this doesn't convince you, nothing will! My next bike will be a newer version of this one, if at all!

Best way to power up external GPS unit

You've been given good advice here. There are some power points to tap into that make running wires from the front head unit area simple and clean. It's what I have done to power my GPS unit, then a Lamonster cradle, and a Ram mount for the GPS base. All set. No fuss, no muss!

    DIN Hella plug

Mine works great. No need to touch it except for when I wash the bike. Other than that, no issues. I have a GoPro and QuadLock Qi Charger plugged into mine. Never an issue.

    Pre-purchase questions

My answers to your questions (they may or may not be shared by others)... Any significant difference between a 2023 and 2024/2025 models? 2023 seems to have about $4k off MSRP and some dealers have a few new 2023 available Likely just ironed out any of the kinks of the first 3 or 4 years (i.e...

    Tailbag Recommendation

This fits great on the OEM bag rack behind the seat. Clips off and on in seconds, I have secured the straps in place by weaving them into the rack itself. Holds all my necessary stuff (hat, sunglasses, locks, cleaners for shield, this that the other, a ton). It is expandable and comes with a...

    Tailbag Recommendation

Do you have the rack on the back or will you just put in on the seat behind you as you ride? You also may want to specify what your needs are too? Are you packing stuff for a day trip or an overnighter (if you're not getting saddle bags)?

Stock Seat = Comfy, "Day-Long" Anyone?

I'm 6' and 260lbs and the stock seat is very comfy on my GT. I haven't thought about replacing it once. I've done over 40,000kms on mine, various long days, long hauls, no issues. My experience is solely my own and may not be yours but the seat is not on the list of things needed to change.

    Advice and Reassurance

If this is going to be your "daily driver" then the cost of ownership is important and you're right to give it consideration. There are many variables in your equation. Do you ride a little or a lot (yearly mileage)? Are you a speed demon looking to max every gear from every traffic light or...
