    Well, all done. It flew through the road test today, with the front brake at 98% efficient. Not bad for a first-time noob. Still, if you pulled on it, you'd swear it was soft. The tester said it's normally 76% for this bike and age. Anyone needs their brakes sorting?

    Not on this model. Anyway, I purged the bango bolt. It seems to have made some difference. Not what I'm used too, though.

    I've left the lever pulled in tonight. But I tried this before which made no difference. I'll go back to it on Friday; I've had enough. I got the annual road safety checks on Monday. As it is, it will fail.

    An old post I know. Just doing my fronts, and no matter what procedure I follow, the brakes do not feel really firm. I've tried reverse, top to bottom, repeatedly slightly pumping the lever.
