    I had the same problem last month, just would not start when cold. Being in the UK i could not source a scorpion battery over here, so ended up buying the Motobatt which other captains have been using with no problems..The beast fires straight up now no problems cold or warm...

    Thanks Hans, I'll have a read through a thousand times until the penny finally drops..:D I think the relay's in the UK use 30=live and 85=earth.. Thanks..

    Auto tuner not working.

    Buzzz, Make sure the 'engine temp' is ticked off in the tick box, because if its ticked and not connected up to the pcv wire the autotune will not work.....
