    NO 1. KTM 49035016000 is 1.2 BAR 2. Original (T2100069) is 1.2 BAR as well, not 1.1.

    Absolutely the same on Rocket III Touring 2011. And have no idea why. Oil is hot on drain. All 3 plugs out + oil filter change... It's far less than 5.4l in manual. It's even a bit less than 5l (around 4.8L that equals 5 quarts you mentioned)....

    Did you manage to resolve this? I have exactly the same issue now. Smells when engine is really hot. So when the radiator fan kicks in smell is very noticeable... I check for leakage and found nothing. I replaced fuel pump assembly O-Ring (big rubber part T3600056) and banjo washers (T3550573)...
