    This is correct. Changing the switch cube won't do it (I tried). It's controlled through the instrument cluster, which is a different model number for Euro-specced bikes than US-specced bikes. I suspect you need to change the instrument cluster and switch cube.

    My understanding is that the computer monitors voltage irregularities. If there's a short, it cuts power to the signal (and gives an error on the dash).     Uninstalling quick shifter

    What about it do you not like? You could just not use it. You can also turn it off in the settings menu. Otherwise, the shifter pedals are identical. The linkage mechanism is all that changes.

    Yes, it's possible. You'll need the finisher inserts, hardware, and the GT seat infill. That will allow you to remove the backrest and replace the pillion seat with the infill.

    I had the same leak from my 2020 (and have spoken with others that shared the problem). The official explanation is that it's the result of a porous casting. Apparently, they send the case (after disassembling the bike completely) to be impregnated. I spoke to a number of folks that had it done...

    I believe it's plug-and-play. The handlebars are already wired for it with the leads. Plug the grips into the harness and you should be good to go. Push the button on the grips and it should indicate on the dash.

    It's a hella din socket. You can search amazon for hella din plug and you'll get any variety adapters you might need (cigarette lighter, USB, etc.).
