    I was thinking of taking one the seals off the new expansion tank cap, as one seal is to stop it leaking from cap and other works on pressure. That way it should be atmospheric pressurised and then draw back. Hope that makes sense

    I've ordered a expansion tank instead of an overflow tank. It only has one inlet at bottom and one at cap. But cap is a 1.5 bar

    Also yes, an ugly word. Here there are people who put all paperwork together with all changes to bike and present it. see how it goes. you never know. There are customized bikes here in Spain and apparently this is how they do it. Unless you know anything more
