    You might inquire about the lower timing chain gear. Some R3's are needing them replaced.

    Mine is garaged, and it does the same - seems to drag a bit early, but always starts.

    I've got the entire Gerbing set up - for over two years. Doesn't often get that cold in N Texas, but when it does..... you can use any combination of items. The product is quality. The warmth is amazing.
