    I had the same setup as you, I just loaded the tune and rode it around for about 15 minutes to let it adapt while riding. If I remember correctly, the tune ecu instructions said to not do the 12 minute adaptations.

    I am looking for a small portable windows computer that will run software for the old tune ecu and a pc5/ autotune. Will windows 10 be my best choice to run both programs and what would be a nice conputer to use while tuning on the road? Thanks in advance.

    If the PC5 has any saved adjustments on it's base map, it will apply those adjustments regardless of the tune in the ecu. The PC5 does not read the fuel being sent by the ecu, it only knows what to add/subtract from it's base map. If you add a new map to the ECU and don't erase the numbers...

    You should zero all adjustments in the PC5 if you are using a new tune. You can still use the PC5 with autotune. Make sure O2 sensor is turned off, set your fuel/air ratio to say 13.2, and let the autotune maintain the correct ratio while driving. You never have to accept PC5 recommended...

    Is it possible to grease the bearing without removing the seal? Seems to have room between the seal and sleeve after removing the axle bushing.

    I have used a chisel, but never looks good when done. I see Amazon has tools to do the job for Toyota car axles. Seems cheap, so I'll order a set.

    Yes they are. Slide your fingers behind the hydro-formed cover and you'll find a couple of holes in the back used to ease heat build up inside the cover. They do get hot enough to turn gold, so pretty warm!

    But the outer heat shield covers the hydro-formed heat shield. So you are actually gluing the fitting to the inner heat shield which should be alot cooler than the primary tube.

    I think Triumph brand hoat is green and oat is red/orange. They both work but you never want to mix the two! You can change between the two but you must do a thorough flush with distilled water before converting.

    According to the Owner's manuals, both the first and second generation Rockets require the same coolant (HD4X Hybrid OAT coolant).
