    Yours looks about right. I piked up an official manual from triumph. Part number 3851160 Issue 1, 09.2007. Covers the Triumph Rocket III, Rocket III Classic and Rocket III Touring. Its basically a 4 ring, 3" binder. Only thing that is colored are the electrical schematics in section 18.

    After converting to MPH....112 indicated. Thought there was a lot of buffeting, but it turned out to be the wife hitting me :o. I may try and push it a little more when i'm alone next time.
