  1. Secondary Throttle Plates

    Yes, the secondary throttle plate is responsible for that delayed throttle response. Removing them, makes the throttle response instant, and a lot harsher. Race bikes do not have them, as well as dirtbikes, only streetlegal bikes are required to have them.
