    I think you made a good choice. It almost killed me waiting for my corbin bags I am happy with them. I was happy to see that you didnt go with they leatherlykes. I had them on my Vulcan and they worked great but feel like R3 deserves an upgrade.

    I got mine in 5 weeks but that was back in march and totally happy with it. It is not an easy on/ off thing though, have to take the handle bars off every time you want to do it. Also, at least on the classic a GPS from the center screw might block your view of the speedo.

    I went with an eight inch screen. They also make a 10 and 12. Cheap is good, should have looked around a bit more. :eek:

    These are with the short screen. Looks pretty cool. Paint was perfect, the pinstripe was off. Bike has a gold pinstripe and the fairing has silver. Talked to a pinstriper who will fix it for $35.

    Ok, I am curious about removing the secondaries. I have read the posts, is there any reason that I don't want to take them out other than possible warranty issues? Also I thought that I read that you can just remove the screws, or was it the plates? :confused:

    Finally posting here after a month or so browsing. Picked up my rocket about 2 months ago the first Pacific Blue and New England White in Washington State.. Up here north of Seattle there are very few of the beasts so creates crowds everywhere she goes. Fleetliner fairing in matching colors...

    Had my bike for about a month and went from 1 to 750 miles on the thing. Wife thought that the blue and cream color was nice until she popped off the back. oops.:eek:
