  1. Upgrades cause problems?

    On my concours 14 you can not put in second gear with the engine off no matter what you do. However it has the best shifting transmission I have ever used and neutral is super easy to find.

    There were no cameras when I was 10... well no one had one, no TV's but we had party lines... We also had toys that would be banned today, however kids were not stupid in those days... Bring back natural selection.

    I would like to clear in saying that I never expect not to have problems but having to split the cases to repair a tranny is not the kind of work I enjoy. I do all my own work (because this what I did for a living)and just the thought of having to pull the engine and completely disassemble it is...

    I'm from near Galveston. I'm retired, living on a fixed income so it will be a used one. electrical problems are OK, transmission problems are not and this is the kind of information I'm looking for. I'm riding a Concours 14 right now if it matters...

    Hello, I'm thinking about buying a roadster and would like to know at what year were most of the problems worked out? I have heard it should be at least a 2010? Thanks for any input.
